Status Reports
The Construction Services Department creates monthly snapshots of the progress of the bond program. These “At a Glance” reports are prepared for the board of trustees and the bond advisory committee. Each contains a summary of the number of projects underway, the progress of projects, a program timeline indicating projects on target and a graph showing the number bond programs committed to date. The snapshot also includes a statement on the utilization of minority and women businesses and upcoming new school groundbreakings.
