Robert T. Hill celebrates new classroom additions with ribbon-cutting ceremony, Wed 26

What:             Dallas Independent School District Trustee Dan Micciche - District 3, will join the staff, community, and students of Robert T. Hill Elementary for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to show off the school’s new, two-story, 11-classroom addition with a new south entrance.

This event is open to the public and the media.

More Info:     Speakers will include Chief of School Leadership Sylvia Reyna and Texas State Representative Jason Villalba. Principal Irene Aguilar will serve as emcee and R.T. Hill’s dance team will perform. There will be a special presentation by a Hill middle student on “The Heart of a Highlander”.   

The $7.8 million in improvements funded by the school district’s 2008 Bond Program include an addition of 11 new classrooms and a redesigned school entrance. The project’s construction team included project manager, Parsons, general contractor, Adolphson Peterson Construction, and architect, T. Howard Associates.
